The German care insurance (Pflegekasse) pays the full monthly fee from care level 1 (Pflegegrad 1). Most customers pay nothing.
Who qualifies?
Anyone with a German care level (Pflegegrad) 1 to 5. We check your eligibility for free.
How does it work?
You press the button, the 24/7 response center answers immediately and sends help: family, neighbors or emergency services.
What does it cost?
The care insurance pays 25.50€ per month. The one-time connection fee of 10.49€ is also reimbursed. Your net cost: 0€.
